2012swingstates:

Wisconsin state Sen. Van Wanggaard (R-Racine) called for a recount after losing to former Sen. John Lehman (D-Racine) in the June 5th Recall election. Wanggaard has until July 2nd to finalize the recount.

This is the second scandal uncovered during the Racine recount process.
